Ramit Kreitner and I will co-teach this special heart day class. If you've never tried partner yoga, it's pretty amazing to see how much deeper it can take you in your yoga practice. This part of class will be followed by a thai massage sequence, in which each partner gets a chance to give and receive. What better way to spend this hallmark holiday than to truly connect with your partner through movement, breath and communication. This is not limited to a romantic partner, as this experience can be shared with friends and family. Hope to see you there!
